Make an impact by...

* Project coordination support of highly visible consumer social impact campaigns as well as children's hospitals and wish granting initiatives
* Help manage asset clearance coordination, asset material and release forms, and consolidation and organization of photo and video assets in Digital Asset management tool system
* Contribute to creative reviews and provide feedback rooted in strategic insights and the competitive digital landscape
* Develop informational one sheets, toolkits, guidelines, highlighting program elements and campaigns for use across the enterprise and for nonprofit partners
* Manage program documentation and ensure updated regularly including SOPs, guidebooks, tools and supporting documentation

Required Education…

* A junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health or related

Internship Eligibility...

* Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
* Must possess unrestricted work authorization
* The approximate dates of this internship are January - June 2023
* Candidate must be available to work part time for the duration of the internship
* If working as a hybrid position -- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Burbank, CA area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Intern in LCSW in FL with a 60 credit hour program
• Must have FL applicable license
• Must be registered with the board as an approved Intern, if applicable
• Must have passed applicable FL requirement exams
• Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
• Full-time availability required

Compensation : Up to $56,900

The Social Worker Intern is responsible for creating outcomes for the patient and family by managing complex psychosocial and economic co-morbidities. Provide education and consultation regarding resources, collaborate to develop a discharge plan and facilitate and monitor its implementation. Assist patient/family adjust to and cope with illness, diagnosis, treatment options and prognosis. Through advanced practice skills mobilizes resources to reduce risk, serves as a liaison between the hospital and the community. In addition offers crisis interventions to patient/family.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

+ Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program required.

+ Ability to interview, assess, organize and problem solve.

+ Ability to identify appropriate community resources on assigned caseload and to work collaboratively with patients, families, multidisciplinary team and community agencies to achieve desired patient outcomes.

+ Ability to analyze data.

+ Familiar with PC.

+ Exposure and/or experience in pre-acute and post-acute care, as well as community resources.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as to develop collaborative relationships with physicians, families, patients, interdisciplinary team and other community agencies.

+ Ability to analyze, develop and manage change; to integrate Continuous Quality Improvement principles for service and organization work improvements.

+ Ability to work with people of all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds; be flexible, open-minded and adaptable to change.

+ Demonstrates the ability to connect patients and families with necessary services, both inside and outside the HFHS.

+ Maintains a current working knowledge of services available in the local community, particularly services available to patients with limited or non-existent payment resources.

+ Must demonstrate patience and tact when dealing with patients, families and other staff.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

+ LLMSW required.

+ Must obtain full licensure upon 12 months of completing 4,000 supervised hours in a full time status.

+ A limited licensed MSW must practice under direct supervision of a LMSW.

+ A LLMSW must sit for and pass The State Board after acquiring 4,000 hours of supervised social work experience.

+ This previous supervised work experience may be acquired outside of the Henry Ford Health System.
