Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical SocialWorker in State applying for.
Effective oral and written communication in English
Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.
Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.
Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.

How you will make an impact

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your Key Responsibilities
Support Industrial Hygiene activities such as exposure monitoring, documentation, and data interpretation
Assist in the development and implementation of SHE programs and procedures
Participate in field observations, workplace assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SHE-related projects
Contribute to reporting, analysis, and communication of SHE metrics

You Bring
Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field
Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
Strong interest in Industrial Hygiene and broader SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) topics
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
At the end of this internship, you will:
Have gained practical, hands-on experience in Industrial Hygiene, including exposure monitoring, assessment techniques, and data interpretation.
Understand how SHE programs are developed, implemented, and continuously improved within an operational environment.
Have contributed to real projects that enhance workplace safety, health, and environmental performance.
Be familiar with regulatory expectations, corporate SHE processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Have expanded your technical skills, professional network, and readiness for a career in Industrial Hygiene or the broader SHE field.
