CLINICAL SERVICES: Manage all information containing sensitive/confidential content with utmost discretion and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality for all sensitive matters. Meet position requirements regarding client service hours, both billable (for reimbursable services) and non-billable. Direct billable service time expectation is 13 hours per week. Complete documentation and assignments within program timelines and Agency service standards. Conduct strength-based, culturally competent therapeutic services, consisting of individual, family and/or group therapy as well as individualized intakes and/or other assessments. Schedule clients according to client need and availability; Be available for evening appointments if clinically indicated. Provide services in the office or in the field, consistent with contractual, programmatic, and funding source requirements. Assess and monitor client and/or family progress; evaluate outcomes and collaborate to adjust course of treatment as appropriate. Interact well with internal programs, clinical/support staff, and external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable. WORK SCHEDULE: FLSA Status: Exempt - Full Time Work-Week: Sunday - Saturday Actual work schedule as agreed with Direct Supervisor and based on business/program needs. Work Schedule subject to change based on Center's needs. SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: May supervise practicum students, unlicensed employees, and interns.
