Utilizes the onsite supervisor on the on-call system for guidance and support and follow appropriate protocol for covering shifts in the event of illness, vacation, or other time off.

Ensures that all paperwork related to client and program activities is in accordance with licensing and contract requirements, properly completed, managed confidentially, and stored appropriately.

Attends work on a punctual, regular, and predictable basis.
Secondary Duties
Completes rounds and perimeter checks of interior and exterior of building.

Attention all Behavioral Health Specialists, we are calling on all of you to work with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military in the State of Utah. Events are mostly on weekends, with some occasional weekdays on an "as needed basis".
We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:
U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)
U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)
U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities:
Support the Periodic Health Assessments for soldiers.
Review Behavioral Health questionnaires.
Work with military providers on case-managed patients.
Requirements
Active Clinical SocialWorker license or Master SocialWorker license in the state
Prior experience in a clinical social health setting
Experience working with military or veterans- preferred
Must have weekend availability
Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office

Qualifications
Education and Licensure
Master's degree in SocialWork, Clinical Mental Health
Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or closely related field.
Active Utah license such as LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, CSW, or ACMHC, consistent with program requirements.
Certifications
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within agency onboarding timelines.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong working knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis for substance use and mental health disorders, including SPMI.
Proficiency in ASAM assessment and level of care determination.
Familiarity with LOCUS and its use for determining mental health level of care and documenting clinical intensity needs.
Experience administering and interpreting tools such as OQ-45.2, PHQ-9, GAD-7, ACE, C-SSRS, CANS, and similar assessment instruments.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, clinically sound assessments that meet payer, court, and regulatory standards.
Understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 as they apply to clinical documentation, information sharing, and communication with courts and external partners.
Ability to manage a high assessment volume while maintaining accuracy and professional boundaries.
Experience working with diverse populations including adults, youth, parents with children, and individuals with SPMI and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Family Haven (formerly Family Support & Treatment Center) is a local nonprofit organization with a mission to build a community of happy, healthy individuals and families through the prevention and treatment of child abuse, trauma, and other family and personal concerns.
We are looking for a MALE therapist who can work two days a week (T/Th) in our Lehi office and the remaining time in our Orem office.
We provide counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families whose lives have been affected by child abuse, trauma, or personal and family issues. Our therapy is tailored to individual needs and includes various evidence-based methods suitable for both children and adults, such as play therapy, sandtray therapy, art therapy, EMDR, TFCBT, and more.
Our clinical team includes LCSW, RPT-S and EMDR certified therapists who provide excellent supervision to new therapists working toward licensure and/or RPT credentialing. We offer many accessibility programs to the community so all our billing and scheduling is done in-house. You would be working from a private office in a very home-like, friendly environment.
