Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient/client

May be required to respond to crisis situations, including domestic violence and child abuse
May be required to provide witness services and evidence in court cases

Arranges home visits to evaluate a patient/client health, home environment and family interaction/support
Assists patient/family/caregivers in planning for present and future psychosocial needs
Observes and reports patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate multi- disciplinary team members
Adheres to facility and Amergis policies and procedures at all times
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in SocialWork from a school of socialwork accredited by the Council on SocialWork Education required
Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
Minimum of one year of socialwork experience preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required

Responsibilities
Exercise your legal acumen to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements, including but not limited to enterprise customer agreements, partnership agreements, IP and licensing agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
Collaborate closely with technical, product, sales, finance, and legal team members to establish commercial legal strategies that align with business objectives.
Design legal structures and operations that make it as friction‑free as possible to sell xAI's incredible products.
Be a swiss army knife: pitch in with precision for anything needed in the legal department, even if it is unfamiliar.
This is an in‑office role that requires up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of legal experience-ideally through a combination of experience at innovative technology companies and top‑tier law firms (startup experience a plus).
Have in‑house experience as commercial counsel.
Be hungry to learn about the products and use cases xAI customers need.
Understand the revenue generation process.
Have a strong sense of ownership, be inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology, enjoy being continually challenged, and consistently demonstrate sound judgment in navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
Have a love for problem solving.
Have strong drive to get things done.
Have a lot of gas in the tank!
Have a JD and license or qualification to practice.
Must be committed to being in‑office at least 3+ days/week.
Must have both a sense of adventure and a sense of humor.

$200,000 - $350,000 USD
