Duties include assessing eligibility, conducting intake interviews, identifying service needs, and coordinating access to treatment, housing, transportation, family support, life skills development, and employment resources. The position also requires attending weekly court sessions, managing drug testing procedures, advocating on behalf of participants, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support program decisions. The Case Coordinator reports to a supervisor who provides administrative oversight and guidance.
