This organization takes an outside of the box and holistic approach to mental health care for youth and adults with a focus on play, connection, and growth. They are expanding to include private insurance and private pay contracts and seek a Licensed Therapist to work with the behavioral health team as well as with their growing team of providers who work in a collaborative environment. There is a 10-acre farm in Whitelaw, WI 54247 (Manitowoc County) and a church in Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 for various types of therapy including animal therapy (K9 and Equine). DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients. Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming. Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy. Attend team meetings (both virtually and in person); assist facilitator with establishing goals for service plans. Document team meetings via service notes to document progress on treatment goals. Conduct tours with new clients and their families. Communicating with facilitator and parents regarding positive or negative behaviors/concerns occurring during service time. Provide guidance and supervision to providers on mandated reporting. Uploading of services plans, crisis plans, and initial assessments and keeping all documents updated. Create behavioral interventions when appropriate to address client behaviors.
