DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (ICU Clinical Team Lead/RN) Is able to perform treatments and provide services and education to level of licensure. The Water Department Night Service Worker responds to emergency calls to the Water Department, assesses the scene of the emergency and determines the appropriate level of response, including calling out crews to perform repairs. As the Night Service Worker, the employee responds to after hours (including weekends and holidays) emergency calls to the Water Department, working independently to assess emergencies and determine the appropriate level of response. The work is performed under the supervision of the Plumbing Supervisor. The job requires knowledge of methods and techniques of water line installation, maintenance, and repair, operation of power tools and equipment such as dump trucks with trailers, loaders and compactors. The job requires a Class I Drinking Water Distribution Operator Certification.* The job requires the ability to maintain a collaborative and cooperative working relationship with elected and appointed officials, other City employees, other organizations, and the general public.
