Required to work at four hospitals in the Southside or Western Tidewater regions. Location and unit to be assigned based on greatest need.There are three region options.Must be within 75 miles and 90 minutes of all four hospitals in assigned region. • Operational hours = 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 7 days per week • Flexi - Hours: The team member must enter at least 48 hours of prescheduled time per calendarmonth. • Facility supported: Members of the team are required to work assigned shifts in all units within the case management specialty.
