Job Overview

Minimum Requirements

* Bilingual Spanish/English, Chinese/English, or another second language is strongly preferred.

Reporting to the Social Work Manager, the SocialWorker maintains a caseload of participants working in close coordination with the IDT. On the day-to-day, you will:

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree from an accredited or state-approved graduate school, as defined by the Department of Education, in social work or social welfare, marriage, family and child counseling, child psychology, child development, counseling psychology or social psychology.
Completion of at least three semester units or 100 days of field practice or experience in a public or private social services agency with a master's degree or higher.
At least nine semesters units of course work related to children and families, or 18 months of experience working with children and families.
At least three semesters units working with minority populations; six months of experience working with minority populations; or six months in-service training working with minority populations within the first year of employment as a condition of employment.
At least three semester units in child welfare, or two years of experience in a public or private child welfare social services setting.

About the Role
The SocialWorker plans, organizes and implements social work services to participants and their caregivers in accordance with Seen Health policies and all applicable regulations. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
Registered as an Associate of Social Work with Board of Behavioral Science; must be valid and in good standing with the board.
A Master's Degree in Social Work
One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required
