This individual will work in tandem with the school counselors and administration to create plans to support students on an individual basis who are in crisis or having academic, attendance, social, emotional or behavior issues in the classroom. The Social Worker will also assist with increasing family engagement through workshops, home visits, mentoring and working with outside agencies to improve the student/family environment.
