Position Overview As Director of Ecosystem Engineering, you will lead the strategy and execution for connecting eGain's knowledge platform with the broader enterprise technology landscape. You'll be responsible for both “northbound” integrations (how other systems consume eGain's knowledge and AI capabilities) and “southbound” integrations (how eGain ingests content and data from diverse enterprise sources). This role is critical to making eGain the central nervous system for enterprise knowledge.
