This position will require frequent travel and will be based primarily onsite at Cleveland Medical Center located in Cleveland, OH.
Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
Own the vision and technical strategy for eGain's ecosystem connectivity, including APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
Lead engineering teams building integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow), contact centers, content management systems, data warehouses, and AI platforms
Design and evolve eGain's API strategy, ensuring our platform offers world-class developer experience and integration capabilities
Drive the development of connectors, SDKs, and integration frameworks that enable rapid ecosystem expansion
Establish partnerships with engineering teams at key technology partners to build deep, strategic integrations
Champion data ingestion architecture that can handle diverse content sources while maintaining quality and governance
Build mechanisms for real-time and batch data synchronization across the enterprise technology stack
Ensure integration security, data privacy, and compliance across all connectivity points
Create exceptional developer documentation, tools, and support for internal and external integration developers
What We're Looking For
10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles focused on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems
Deep expertise in integration patterns, API design (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), and enterprise integration platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise software ecosystems including CRM, contact center, content management, and data platforms
Experience with data integration technologies including ETL/ELT, message queues, and streaming platforms (Kafka, etc.)
Proven track record building developer-friendly APIs and integration experiences
Technical depth in authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange protocols

Position Overview
As Director of Site Reliability Engineering, you will ensure that eGain's AI knowledge management platform operates with the reliability, performance, and resilience that enterprise customers demand. Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a world-class SRE organization that ensures exceptional reliability and performance of eGain's cloud services
Define and achieve ambitious SLOs/SLAs that meet the demands of enterprise customers operating 24/7 customer service operations
Establish comprehensive observability across the platform including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
Drive incident response processes, post-mortems, and continuous improvement to prevent recurring issues
Lead capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure the platform scales efficiently with customer growth
Implement automation for deployment, operations, and remediation to reduce toil and improve reliability
Partner with platform and application engineering teams to build reliability into the system from the ground up
Champion a culture of reliability engineering across the organization, educating teams on best practices
Manage disaster recovery planning and business continuity to protect customer operations
Own the technical relationship with customers on reliability and performance topics
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in software engineering, operations, or SRE roles with 5+ years in SRE leadership
Deep expertise in observability tools, monitoring systems, and incident management practices
Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations at scale
Experience establishing and achieving SLOs/SLAs for enterprise SaaS or mission-critical systems

Position Summary:
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving test engineering and process improvements, optimizing designs, and supporting production operations, directing a team of engineers and technicians. Key Position Accountabilities:

Lead efforts to research and implement new testing methods, equipment, and techniques to enhance product testing capabilities.
Participates in the development of new products and supports the timely fabrication and testing of designs.
Leads the creation of new processes and procedures, contributing to teams of varied technical disciplines, and ensuring efficient process documentation (SOPs, travelers, etc.).
Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative approaches that optimize product design trade-offs, including cost, performance, and time to market.
Provides leadership and oversight to day-to-day Process Engineering support across the company (Engineering, Product Development, Test Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Assurance), focusing on improving processes and resolving production issues.
Lead failure analysis investigations of in-house and customer-returned products. Collaborate with other engineering teams to make data-driven recommendations that improve product quality and reduce the likelihood of failures.
Manages the development and execution of project plans , including resource allocation and schedule oversight, ensuring the timely and successful introduction of new processes and test technologies in alignment with company objectives.

Secondary Duties:
Participate in technical meetings with standards organizations, ensuring alignment with DDC's strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Sciences required; Graduate degree and previous leadership training is desirable.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, with a focus on test or process engineering and manufacturing support; and 2+ years' experience as a supervisor, lead engineer or senior engineer.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of MIL STDs 883, MIL-PRF 38534, 38510, IPC 610 (desirable).
Proven expertise in designing, optimizing, and implementing test systems, fixtures, and software.
Strong knowledge of test equipment, failure analysis techniques, and process improvement strategies
Familiarity with all aspect of Electronics manufacturing including Hybrid and PCB manufacturing.
