Job Summary
This Senior Administrative Assistant role will provide support to the Corporate Solutions group. The Role:

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or corporate facilities maintenance
* Strong experience with:
* HVAC systems
* Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems
* Blue Seal License - Required
* New Jersey HVAC Certification - Preferred
* Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems preferred
* Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
* Ability to work independently or as part of a larger facilities team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to read, understand, and apply lease terms and client contracts
* IFMA membership or certifications (FMP, SFP, CFM) preferred
* Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical job demands
