The role

What you'll need:
Must have the following existing licensing combination: Series 7, 24 and at least one of the following: 66 or 63 and 65
Minimum Bachelor or equivalent experience
2+ years of management experience preferred
5+ years of general customer service experience - call center experience
3+ years of experience in a Broker Dealer setting
Call center or processing center management experience is preferred
Experience hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, and coaching teams of customer service & processing employees
Strong leadership and management skills including experience in employee conflict resolution and development
Strong written communication skills are required to answer questions and communicate issues clearly & concisely to associates, customers as well as management
Ability to react to change quickly and implement new processes & procedures

The role:

What you'll do:
Workplace Management

* Responsible for oversight of all vendor management for the office, including:

* Create vendor purchase orders and conduct invoice review and budget tracking

* Manage the site's snack and beverage program and ensure alignment with SoFi's overall program standards.
* Oversee the site budget including tracking of all expenses (snack and beverage program, supplies, repairs and maintenance, service/equipment contracts, etc) and regular tracking of budget to actuals.
* Oversee procurement of all office supplies in accordance with SoFi's overall program.
* Responsible for overseeing incoming and outgoing mail procedures for the office following SoFi's mail protocols.
Employee Experience Programming
* Partner with the Employee Experience team to implement "Think Globally, Act Locally" engagement initiatives that drive employee participation and the workplace experience.
* Creatively lead engagement and morale events and programs (in alignment with other sites) including corporate milestones, holiday celebrations, wellness initiatives, volunteer events, etc.
* Be an operational lead for cultural diversity and inclusion initiatives including coordination with SoFi ERG/Circles.

About the Role
SoFi's Corporate Applications team builds the automation, AI-driven workflows, and SaaS platform capabilities that help employees work smarter, faster, and more securely. As we scale our automation ecosystem and modernize our enterprise application portfolio, we are seeking a Manager, Automation Engineering to lead and develop a growing technical team while remaining hands-on with high-impact automation and integration projects.

Team & People Leadership

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
