Anna spent half a decade in the pharma industry, holding top management positions in finance at Sandoz, a Novartis division. Under her leadership, several company subclusters across Belarus and the Caucasus reached double-digit yearly growth.

Before that Anna worked in the steel industry at a major national steel works. She contributed to growing the business multiple times over and transforming operations across its trade, production, and logistics divisions.

Anna holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business

Joel Carter is most well known for creating the award winning HEXBUG Micro Robotic Creatures brand and the VEX Robotics Design System and taking both brands global. Carter gained valuable experience working with electronics factories in China when he managed the $1B private label brand portfolio of RadioShack Corporation. He built the licensing function within RadioShack and made deals with all the major studios including Disney, Universal, MGM, Nickelodeon and others. In 2012, Carter co-founded BlinkFX, LLC, a startup that created a platform for wireless control of low power battery operated wearables and devices. He also serves as VP Business Development for Softeq Development Corporation which helps tech giants and startups with full stack, full cycle development. Softeq has invested in over 30 startups and provides mentoring and guidance to develop proof-of-concept prototypes and minimum viable products to gain traction and further investments. Carter is an avid supporter of technical literacy, STEM education, creativity and innovation in education globally.
