It also provides Apama, a platform for real time development of event-driven applications for investment banks, funds, and other institutional traders; Terracotta, which manages data using in-memory technology to search and retrieve results in microseconds; Process Live, a process optimization application; Portfolios Live, a cloud base service for IT portfolio management; and Agile AppsLive for non IT-business units. The ETS segment provides database solutions for mainframes, and development and modernization of mainframe-based IT systems. This segment offers Adabas, database management system; and Natural, a development environment that allows users to create new programs and modify existing ones. The consulting segment provides SAP consulting services for process consulting and German-speaking countries.
