- This role is dedicated to a projected focused on improving resolution recommendations to Field Technicians who are installing equipment and troubleshooting issues at the customer site. The technician's use a sophisticated mobile app, and this team has implemented a voice to text model for technicians to record what they did on the job. The recording is transcribed into text and processed into an LLM.
- The goal is to create high quality resolution categories for technicians, and gleaming better insights from each voice summary. This team is building the disposition model, and when technician's go to do a new install, they will easily be able to access brief notes and the history of what has been done at that particular location. It will eventually make predictions as well.
- This Software Developer is going to help with more getting the model into production, setting up scalable processes, create monitoring frameworks and metrics, provide automation, and CI/CD deployments.
- Initially, there will be discovery and collaborating with business stakeholders and field tech teams to identify the granularity of each job in order to build a classification model.

This team works across a variety of their cleared and uncleared programs in support of space defense, support, and transportation. This team is responsible for the development of missile tracking and prediction satellites. There is the potential to work across 6 different cleared programs, all in various stages of software development. Job Description
New River Systems Corporation is supporting the M2C2 program in Aurora, CO that is developing Mission Management and Flight dynamics software. The M2C2 team will be supporting everything from new development to maintenance of operational software.
M2C2 is seeking up to 3 software developers to join the team. The candidates must have experience and knowledge with software engineering using object oriented methodologies. The team is utilizing Agile development practices so familiarity with this process is a huge plus.
Candidates will work with Systems Engineering and other Software development to help design, develop, test and deliver the system.
Candidates will provide status during a daily Scrum to a Scrum Master and will also provide estimates for completion of Story Points. Also providing status in the program tool is a requirement of the position. The majority of the development is in Java.
Qualifications
Special Requirements:
· Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience developing applications primarily in Java but also in C++. Moreover, the successful candidate must have experience integrating software components, using Agile and / or Object Oriented Design methodologies and experience with the entire software development lifecycle.
· Candidates must have a current SSBI/TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills / Experience:
· Prior experience on large scale (100+ engineer) programs and knowledge of Agile, Satellite Mission Management and scripting languages.
