The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Software Engineering directorate.
The selected candidate will design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Other duties include:

Interface directly with Mission Computing peers on multiple programs to ensure the correct definition of interface and associated protocol, as well as to ensure the correct allocation of requirements to the datalink and mission computing software components. Use knowledge of complex mission computing architecture to create, document and present design alternatives, including between IPT teams other than his own. Perform unit and datalink integration level testing to ensure the end product is stable, meets the functional requirements and is ready for integration into the datalink system software. Perform DLI team builds for all AWS programs, and oversee the development of detailed procedures as builds evolve and as build requirements change. Train team members to perform AWS builds. Qualifications

Bachelor's and 14 or more years' experience, Master's with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
