The Operations Software Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related operational platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer with extensive experience scripting in SQL and working directly within U.S. Navy NTCSS (Naval Tactical Command Support System) environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building, updating, and installing NTCSS databases-particularly for new ship construction programs-and will be comfortable developing and modifying SQL-based solutions.
In this role, you will:

Provide data, input and editing to routine reports. These reports are routine in nature and the formats are established. The Government will provide the Contractor with these templates upon tasking.
Track and support reporting on program documentation to include memoranda, decision documents, IMS analysis, and contract modifications. The Contractor shall maintain the repository established on the Government provided SharePoint site. This tasking requires management of configuration change control documents in various review processes.
Support the administration, collection and submission of data calls except for tasking determined to be inherently governmental in nature. These data calls are routine in nature but generally require a very fast turnaround time for responses.
Provide data for and assist in the preparation of lessons learned reports and briefs. This task includes capturing data between hulls and utilizing metrics that are drafted by the Contractor and approved by the Government for comparison and evaluation.
Maintain the spreadsheets, SharePoint tasks lists, and SharePoint site that tracks and organizes all program financial activities and ensures that all associated requirements documents are drafted and schedules for execution and obligation are developed, organized and maintained.
Develop a process for the maintenance of Government reports, trackers, and documents.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of four (4) years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint software environment.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in performance metrics, analysis, and trends; workflow programming and maintenance in SharePoint, generation of Power BI report
Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.

Job Overview
Position provides support services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Project Resident Office (PRO). This position provides SharePoint technical and data management support services.
This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Shall support SharePoint development of WCC SharePoint tools, to include WCC production contract deliverable dash boards, workflows, data maintenance, and data organization within the SharePoint environment.
* Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows to support CG contract management, production execution, team activities, dashboards for user quick view status, and mature SharePoint sites to streamline document management, repository and search/referencing functions. Research and input/retrieve data in and out of SharePoint as directed to develop/provide metrics as required.
* Support management of an electronic database to include organizing and maintaining configuration of a complete electronic set of current and historical program documents in a SharePoint environment.
* Initiate, expedite, and close out process workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval.
* Create standardized reports and graphs on workflow status and process metrics required to provide oversight of the WCC production contract.
* Present SharePoint systems status, user requirements, and manage personnel access.
* Use SharePoint to store and maintain version control.
* Manage data products that are processed through workflows (such as contract deliverable documents) and created for, and generated by workflows (such as comment matrices, status / performance reports, reviewer/approver lists, and process instructions).
* Monitor data management repositories (addition of files, updates, etc.) and forward documentation to relevant USCG staff as directed by the government.
* Monitor content placed on the SharePoint and make the customer aware of any issues within one (1) day of discovery.
* Screen documents for proper distribution markings and data rights. Review Data Accession List(s) and provide recommendations to the customer.
* Provide data, input and editing to routine reports. These reports are routine in nature and the formats are established. The customer will provide the templates upon tasking.
* Track and support reporting on program documentation to include memoranda, decision documents, IMS analysis, and contract modifications. Maintain the repository established on the customer provided SharePoint site.
* Support the administration, collection and submission of data calls.
* Provide data for and assist in the preparation of lessons learned reports and briefs. This task includes capturing data between hulls and utilizing metrics.
* Maintain spreadsheets, SharePoint tasks lists, and SharePoint site that tracks and organizes all program financial activities and ensures that all associated requirements documents are drafted and schedules for execution and obligation are developed, organized and maintained.
* Develop a process for the maintenance of Government reports, trackers, and documents.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
* Minimum of four (4) years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint software environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
* Experience in performance metrics, analysis, and trends; workflow programming and maintenance in SharePoint, generation of Power BI reports and analysis of raw data for WCC production contract deliverables and schedules. SharePoint software environment.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to pass and maintain background clearance investigation.
* Must be able to occasionally travel.
* Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.

Secret Security Clearance Eligibility Required: This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must either already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance (preferred); OR be eligible for a Secret security clearance upon hire.
Typical Physical Requirements: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highschool diploma/GED equivalent.
An ideal candidate will possess a technical diploma, professional certification, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
