General Summary:
The Test Engineer II is a key contributor on an Agile delivery team, responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of software solutions through a thoughtful balance of manual and automated testing. This role partners closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to validate new and enhanced functionality across complex systems and integrations.

Job Specifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
* 4+ years of experience in a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar quality-focused role
* Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing in Agile environments
* Experience designing, building, or evolving test automation frameworks (language and tooling flexible)
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery
* Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to estimate testing effort, manage priorities, and adapt within fast-moving sprints

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure the quality of new and existing features through a mix of manual and automated testing
* Test assigned user stories within two-week sprints by validating functionality in lower and acceptance environments, including creating and managing test data
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test coverage, contributing to or evolving existing automation frameworks
* Execute and monitor regression test suites, investigate failures, and identify root causes related to code, data, or test logic
* Partner closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to refine acceptance criteria and translate requirements into effective test coverage
* Create and maintain core test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results
* Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and outcomes
* Participate actively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, clearly communicating risks and progress
* Advocate for quality best practices and contribute ideas that improve testing efficiency, automation effectiveness, and team delivery
* Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows (tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar are beneficial but not required)

Analyze business and technical requirements to determine appropriate design approaches and implementation strategies
Collaborate with Grow teams, architects, and business partners to deliver solutions that meet functional and performance expectations
Perform unit testing and support integrated testing efforts to ensure solution quality and production readiness
Participate in controlled production releases, including 30-day warranty support periods following implementation
Provide limited production support during warranty periods, including issue analysis and defect resolution
Use ServiceNow to support incident tracking, escalation, and triage when issues arise
Leverage BMC/Topaz and Xpediter to debug, test, and troubleshoot application behavior
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing to support long-term system maintainability
Adapt to varying levels of modernization work depending on the nature of the request, including APIs or service-based integrations

$73,300.00-$150,500.00

Overview
With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and also our recent recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity, we find the need for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push our missing forward.

What You'll Do
Opportunity to lead key engineering and product decisions
