Provide technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting (hardware interfacing of existing equipment to frame grabbers, USB, Ethernet, Camera Link, CoaXPress, analyzing software logs), and quotations in a timely manner, by phone or email, for end users and universities for a wide range of applications. Provide similar supervised support for OEM customers as requested by CSR, Sales, or management. Qualify leads (hot/warm/cold) by business potential and notify the respective sales engineers of large projects.
