About the Role
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure the effective development, adoption, and execution of various quality programs/projects.
What You'll Do
Supports product sourcing, purchasing and selection as required by the design process.
Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing and process improvements.
Confirms system and product compliance with audits and capability studies.
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Participates in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs.

This is a full-time, onsite hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours may be required. Job requires managing staff working rotating shift schedules with long hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the lab, incoming sample processing, maintaining calibration of equipment

Profile of the position (Responsibilities):
Responsible for daily testing of the laboratory
Oversee safety, ergonomics, maintenance, and cleanliness of department (including upgrades, repairs, etc.)
Oversee implementation of SOPs for incoming sample processing in accordance with company policy
Oversee/Ensure all processed documentation is complete and reviewed as required
Ensure sample workflow from logistics meets the needs of the department
Monitor special handling of identified clients
Must be able to establish a positive work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement
Track/enter time/attendance of employees
Prepare month-end reports
Investigates/resolves and responds to client complaints
Responsible to ensure company policies are followed
Effectively work with internal departments to resolve problems. Must have interpersonal skills to gain cooperation with other departments, and foster continuous improvements
Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage

Qualifications
Education & Experience
College Degree Preferred with emphasis on Mechanical engineering background
With 1-2 working experiences in Bike industry is preferable
Bachelor's degree desired but not required
At least 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
Computer skills, MS Office applications
The ability to effectively work with internal departments to resolve problems. Must have interpersonal skills and foster continuous improvements
Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and is able to manage client and employee concerns and expectations in a professional manner
