Throughout the program, you will complete hands-on assignments focused on developing and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and maintaining advanced test frameworks. This experience emphasizes analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills to prepare you for future leadership roles in test engineering.
You will gain hands-on experience in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, while also having the opportunity to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, expand test coverage, and enhance product quality. This position requires relocation multiple times throughout the program.
ROTATION PROGRAM STRUCTURE
All rotations will be in person and determined based on skill progression and business needs. These will take place at one of the manufacturing sites, such as St. Petersburg, Auburn Hills, or Clinton; these locations are examples, and actual sites may vary.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
* Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product functionality and performance.
* Perform manual and automated testing on multiple platforms to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
* Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools; work with development teams to resolve issues.
