Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Software Development, the Software Development Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating resources and processes to deliver software releases on Johnson & Johnson products while participating in defining the strategy for the software development and junior development teams by driving initiatives that deliver on the Johnson & Johnson vision.
The daily duties include gathering and analyzing requirements from the business team, managing and setting priorities for all incoming project requirements and managing timelines of all projects. In addition, the Software Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Project Manager and Software Development staff have the resources, both human and technological, needed to get their jobs done and removing obstacles that prevent their success.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute as Software Developer on a daily basis
Works closely with programming and other management team members to deliver quality software to drive end user satisfaction
Inspire and lead a team of Software Developers
Design and execute processes for workflow and standards
Manage project milestones, progress, and issues
Ensure hat application changes and fixes are implemented on schedule, within scope and with quality
Ensure that client issues are addressed promptly
Keep all interested parties up to date on progress
Provide technical leadership for product strategy and roadmap
Work with Project Manager to ensure that the processes put in place are moving us to our goals in the most efficient way possible
Provide direction to the team including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks, and functions
Identify needs, allocate appropriate resources and continually monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and with utmost quality

Travel to other offices as needed to ensure the above objectives are met
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of professional level experience; insurance preferred.

Job Overview

Support investigation of observed nonconformities during manufacturing process.
Support Non-conformity Material Review Board.
Stablish product inspections processes to assure sampling plans and procedures are align to customer's needs.
Support test methods development and transfer activities, to ensure those are reproducible by receiving unit.
Participates in risk management activities including review failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), hazard analysis, fault tree analysis (FTA) and/or risk or statistical analysis.
Promotes the use of statistics and a customer focus approach on product quality and control decisions.
Review validation protocols and reports to ensure compliance to validation governance documents and GDP requirements.
Drive Quality Improvement projects and CAPA activities to ensure prevent recurrence of observed or predicted issues and maintain a continuous improvement mentality.
Supports creation of quality engineering procedures, systems and tools and applies them in a dynamic way to development and production projects.
Collaborate on the review and approval of device master records.
Skills and Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering discipline
Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer are an advantage.
2 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance: GMP (good manufacturing practice), QSR (quality system regulations), and ISO 13485 is preferred.

Role Description:
The candidate will provide analysis on relevant threats to the customer environment in support of overall defensive efforts. They will provide tactical context surrounding adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and support Network Security Monitoring (NSM) and Incident Response (IR) teams.
The primary responsibility is to analyze various sources of threat-related data using standard toolsets and methodologies and provide risk-related recommendations for action.
Support threat intelligence collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of finished reporting products to internal security operations, information technology, enterprise risk management teams, and executive decision-makers.
Lead a team in identifying cyber threats, trends, and new developments by analyzing open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other data.
Maintain knowledge of adversary activities, including intrusion set TTPs.
Communicate events to agencies regarding intrusions and compromises to network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
