What You Need to Succeed

* Previous related experience in softwareengineering (applicable coursework, projects, internships, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Because we move so fast, the bottleneck to new features is often not writing code, but figuring out what to build - which is why we expect every engineer to think like a product engineer. You'll be given a project and expected to run it from start to finish. This may mean taking the time up front to break the project into smaller tickets or (controversially) it may mean one massive 5000-line PR, it depends on the project. However you get there, the bar for final output is very high, both from a code quality and a product quality perspective.

. We finish every day mentally spent.
