This position is a team member of the Caterpillar IT Data Integration team, providing integration expertise, development and validation to our Finance business partners. This role will work directly with integration architects, SME analysts, support and demand teams, and business partners to deliver integrations that support the enterprise.
What You Will Do:
This role will be responsible for delivering finance systems and supporting Enterprise Product Cost (EPC) and Profitability Analysis Toolkit (PAT) services for customers throughout the enterprise. These responsibilities will lead the candidate to work directly with financial, EPC and PAT principal teams to provide continual agile support, development, implementation and leadership to our internal business partners. These applications maintain multiple distributed source systems, analytical tools, and data warehousing environments which contain large volumes of data. The candidate will work in a complex environment that is challenging to manage and ultimately leverages value-added insights for our businesses.
Additionally, this team member will be a participant in the current DataStage to SnapLogic migration initiative, providing development, testing and validation of SnapLogic pipelines for Finance projects in scope, under the supervision of senior Subject Matter Experts.
