Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ on the LIMS, data management, and related systems, and prepare the associated documentation. Stay current with QA technologies and best practices. Proactively identify areas for process improvements, and work with appropriate stakeholders to generate solutions for them.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biology, Physics, or a related field, plus 3 years of work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with high throughput lab information systems in a production environment. Experience working with lab scientists on software development and/or analysis projects. Hands-on experience with the development and deployment of automated test cases. Experience with one or more test automation tools, with a strong preference for Selenium. Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing. Experience with build and deploy automation tools, such as Jenkins.
