As a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for cost and schedule performance of one or more software engineering projects in accordance with contract requirements. We're seeking a dedicated Software Engineer Team Leader to direct and support embedded software engineers on the Automotive OEM team at our growing office in Olathe, KS. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and participating in generating software requirements and designs for a product or family of products in accordance with Garmin's software development methodology. Directly supervise software team members with daily observation, assuring appropriate attendance, and providing assistance to team members.
