As a Sr. I.T. Product Analyst in the Global Banking Platform (GBP) Software Engineering Group, you'll apply your expertise to solving business problems through innovation and engineering practice. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages: Python, Java, Kubernetes Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices Keen understanding of financial control and budget management Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals AWS Cloud experience highly desired Support Product Owner with business knowledge and expertise
•Supply Product Owner with information for backlog prioritization
•Help dev teams with good story splitting techniques and story writing in refinements, and helping teams to learn this skill
•Provide story clarity, if cannot connect with customer
•Attend scrum events as needed
•Leverage analyst skill set when working with team and help teach dev team members the analyst skill set
•Help guide team in cross-team collaboration and coordination

**Job Summary:**

As an Software Engineer, Analyst for our Compliance Technology Application Governance Team, this position supports developing reports to collect, track and manage Application Governance items like Finding, Exception, Open Page, Vulnerability, Remediation plan and other related application governance. Work closely with System Manager and SME for updates to track and automate the work using Excel, Power BI and other automation tool. Work with Infrastructure and TIO (Technology Infrastructure & Operations) members to understand the process and support the team with any issues or challenges with source data.

**Major Responsibilities:**

+ Reporting and Tracking Application Governance items - The resource will be primary contact for all Application Finding, Exceptions, Open Page, MRA items, Application and Infrastructure Vulnerabilities and works closely with each TIO and Application Managers for data collection, reporting and tracking. The resource will find ways to automate the work and reduce manual work using Dev Ops Tools.

+ Performs related duties as needed. Demonstrates knowledge of and is sensitive to the current regulatory environment; adheres to the Bank's Risk Vision, risk management policies and programs; recognizes and proactively addresses risk (including but not limited to those associated with Bank Secrecy Act, sanctions, anti-money laundering, consumer compliance, fair lending, fiduciary responsibilities, and privacy); identifies and appropriately manages risks.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Engineering or Related Field

+ 1+ years of IT Experience.

+ Knowledge skills in SQL DB, Windows, Unix, Veracode, Vulnerabilities.

+ Experience in Data Modeling concept, Systems Analysis and Design

+ Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies

+ Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies

+ Application production support experience with Hotscan, NICE Actimize, or products in areas of Sanctions, Suspicious Activities Monitoring, Watch List Filters, FATCA and Transaction & Customer Risk Management a plus

+ Financial / Banking industry backgrounds and understanding of banking transactional data a plus

Work You'll Do

As a Software Engineering Analyst, you will get the opportunity to do full stack cloud native product development. You will be part of a cohort of software engineers, work in a 2-pizza scrum team model, developing highly scalable software with cutting edge technologies. You will use DevOps principles and practices to deliver code in CI/CD environments. You will get to work on complex problems for our clients while collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds and experiences to build full stack cloud applications using the latest cloud technologies in a dynamic and agile environment. Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree completed by Fall 2023 in any STEM related discipline

+ Strong foundation with Computer Science (CS) subjects such as Software Engineering, Software Development, Programming Languages, Data Structures, Algorithms Design & Analysis, Operating Systems & System Programming, or Computer Architecture

+ Programming ability with at least one modern language like Java, C++, C#, Python as well as familiarity with object-oriented design

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Ability to travel up to 50%

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $95,000.
