Based in Miami, this organization has had the opportunity to gain worldwide influence with its technology. **Internship Profile:** This organization is looking for a senior level student in Software/Computer Engineering. The candidate will be porting embedded software modules onto various popular microprocessors and DSPs (ARM, Analog Devices, Renesas, TI and others). The intern will become a more polished and desirable embedded software professional as a result. **Internship Responsibilities:** * Assist on design, implementation and evaluation of real-time embedded system firmware for SSD products * Analyze system failures and corrective firmware actions * Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues * Website maintenance - dates, information, links, etc. * Automated data collection and visual data presentation for organization * Assisting CS engineering team in experiments, testing, qualifications * Supporting R&D when needed * Develop software prototypes * Technology evaluations & improvement * Creating proof-of-concept applications **Intern Qualifications:** The candidate must be neat, meticulous, punctual, organized, have a great attitude, willing to work with others and learn new things. Candidate must be autonomous and require minimal supervision.
