The Land Development internship will teach you about all aspects of new community development from pre-acquisition to turnover of finished lots for homebuilding operations to project close-out. This includes ensuring that new communities are opened on time and on budget. Gain exposure to all plan procurement, site construction activities, contract negotiations, schedule adherence, etc. Interact daily with various departments of the company, subcontractors, customers, and municipalities. Also, learning about the planning and construction that is required for creating a safe and well-organized parcel of land in preparation for the vertical building phase. This includes conducting property value analyses, learning about construction regulations and zoning ordinances, as well as environmental restrictions.

Responsibilities
The Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) intern will perform meaningful work in support of the SRMC organization. The selected Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) intern will assist with various projects related to the SRMC engineering and process systems, such as control systems, process information systems, maintenance, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) etc. The candidate will assist with the following:

A 40-hour work week is set and scheduled by the individual departments. SRMC utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), etc. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Interns will be paid a competitive hourly rate; no summer interns will be assigned to shift work; overtime is not available; Interns will be paid for site holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th) as applicable.
Assignments will be located in SRMC facilities in Aiken, SC. Public transportation is not available, and interns will be required to arrange their own transportation. A valid Driver's License, Registration and proof of automobile insurance is required for driving on the Savannah River Site.

The Software Development Engineer III will be involved in the design and implementation of products that exceed functional expectations consistent with the values of RedSail Technologies. Is active in maintaining code quality and functional design following company and industry best practices.
Key Duties
Develops and delivers quality code that meets the functional requirements defined by product management.
Ensures high quality by recommending and establishing coding best practices.
Communicates and accurately documents feature status, coding patterns, and functional design.
Performs code review and analysis.
Serves as a mentor to the development team.
Participates in team scrum activities
Performs other duties as assigned by RedSail Technologies development management.
Education/Training
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, an Engineering discipline or equivalent field, required. A combination of education and experience may substitute in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Three (3) or more years of experience actively developing and maintaining production software applications is required.
Required Work Experience/Skills
3 years of professional experience as a SoftwareEngineer.
Understanding of robust and scalable software development principles
Understanding of Microservice patterns
Experience with API design

Experience in layered application design
