Further responsible for the delivery performance (projects) and process performance (systems) of the staff. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Develop the abilities of upper level engineers and supervisors and assist with departmental performance planning and personnel issues. - Develop wage plans, associates training and leadership development to support department needs. - Manage group budget including establishment, meeting targets, analyzing variances and identifying cost reduction opportunities. - Assist with strategic planning for functional area, establish objectives and define and prioritize key projects to support the plan. - Coordinate with other functional supervisors and managers to plan projects and allocate resources. - Communicate department and company strategies with department. - Communicate departmental project status to upper level management (i.e. monthly reports) - Writes technical reports to document results of thorough investigations; gives presentations to own and other groups to describe problems and recommended solutions. - Advises others in company how to solve technical problems; can lead larger team efforts to solve problems that involve multi-departmental or interdisciplinary effort As a leader, you are expected to know, enforce, and appropriately escalate all Swagelok associate policies. Senior Application Developer We are seeking a full-time Senior Application Developer to help take software solutions to the next level through developing new features and maintaining existing applications. This role involves active participation in design and coding activities, collaborating with a talented development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Vue.js, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with hands-on experience in cloud-based platforms and Agile practices.
