About the Role The Software Development Manager will lead and mentor a team of software engineers and quality assurance professionals while driving the technical vision and delivery of Tracker Technologies' enterprise-grade software platforms. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Software Development Manager will oversee the entire software development lifecycle-from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
