The Role

As Product Manager, you will contribute to the success of a market-leading data intelligence product that improves Research and Patient Outcomes. You will own a web application product enabling lean data capturing processes, which is used by thousands of data curators all over the world. You will be responsible for bringing the new product features to life, delivering high-quality software, and making product decisions in alignment with the long-term vision and business needs.

Zoox is building autonomous mobility from the ground up. The Ride and Fleet software teams connect our users to the rest of Zoox's infrastructure. They are responsible for delivering the autonomous ride service. They work to deliver a seamless, safe and reliable best-in-class ride experience for our customers to enjoy.

Integral to this vision is the back end system for efficiently dispatching missions to our robots. This system coordinates information across mobile apps, robots and web apps. We are looking for a Product Manager to join these teams.
As a Product Manager for Ride and Fleet software, you will:
- Steward a software product line to support our Ride Service.
- Grow your team's understanding of users by identifying stakeholders and their needs.
- Work closely with Experience, Engineering and Program managers, to refine and prioritize features and requirements.
- Help define metrics that measure the health and performance of these systems.
Curate the product roadmap.
Qualifications5+ years of product management experience (8 years total work experience) Curiosity, a desire to figure out how to make things better.Experience leading with empathy. Affecting outcomes with influence instead of authority.A technical background, you can learn and understand Software development, and concepts such as back-end systems, web apps and APIs.

About the Role
Neochromosome is developing a highly automated DNA Foundry to design, build, and optimize genome-length DNA.

As Product Manager, Foundry, you will partner with scientists, bioinformaticians, and engineers to develop the software and automation infrastructure to run our genome foundry, enabling this groundbreaking work. This role reports to the Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a software and automation platform to enable high throughput DNA production from assembly to customer delivery
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end lab workflow, collaborating with the scientific team as they translate validated protocols to a scaled, high-throughput lab

• Identify opportunities to leverage software and automation to drive the efficiency, capacity, and reliability of the foundry

• Collaborate with software and automation engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver the lab operations platform, Rosalind, and appropriate automation infrastructure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management

• Ideally, you have experience delivering software to support complex operational environments

• Experience in high-throughput labs, with lab automation, and with molecular biology wet-lab workflows is a plus

• You have a track record of working with highly multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful products and user experiences

• You bring out the best in those around you, providing context, clarity, and a healthy collaborative environment to the teams you work with
