Job Description
The Systems Test Engineer will be primarily responsible for systems engineering, assembly, integration, and test engineering, developing communications unit test set requirements, and conducting analyses. Specific duties include:
Enacting both technical and functional specifications/standards, solving interface problems related to hardware and software, specifying input and output parameters, and ensuring integration of the whole system/subsystem
Formulating and maintaining solutions for the assembly, integration, and testing of components, elements, subsystems, and systems
Establishing and tracking requirements verification, validation plans, processes, and tests to develop systematic diagnostics architecture, and implement in system design
Incorporating internal and external factors into system test solutions that take into account technical, time, and cost restrictions
Comparing results of prior design analyses with test results from hardware, changing requirements
Performing integration regression testing to verify and validate incorporated fixes to software, components, systems, and subsystems, and writing discrepancy reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering a similar technical discipline
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance
3+ years of related professional experience

We are looking for a Jr. Systems Test Engineer to support for a Missile Defense program. This role will support projects associated with Automated Test Equipment and Test Bed Development automation. You will directly support test activities, and collaborate to provide streamlined test processes using Automation Framework and National Instruments applications.
Responsibilities:
Perform test plan and procedure development in collaboration with leadership to ensure test methods and acceptance test procedures verify Product and Critical Item Development Specifications;
Provide direct technical assistance such as supporting proposals, Independent Reviews, customer meetings, design reviews and issue resolution with the team;
Deliver Test Engineering support to test sets that require calibration, engineering use only operation as required, and recurring test Software development in collaboration with production operations;
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering or related discipline • 1-5 years of technical experience or familiarity with interpreting test requirements, test planning and/or integration and test of ground systems, missiles or spacecraft;
Experience communicating with and/or briefing program leaders;
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
Experience from a test and requirements verification environment; experience in Ground Systems or Missile Test Operations including the test planning and procedure development process, test execution, analysis, anomaly resolution, and familiarity with a production
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and work experience implementing Assembly, Test & Launch Operations standard methodologies;
Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and agile Production Operations environment;
LabVIEW and/or Test Stand Developer experience integrated with Automated Test Equipment; • Experience with MIL-STD-810 test methods;
Familiar with CTC requirements or equivalent Test Conductor certification;
Familiar with property management requirements for lab instrumentation or automated test equipment;
Experience with qualification testing hardware; • Strong Electrical or Mechanical test background;
Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Ground Systems or Missile Integration and Test, including full system and sub-system testing.
