The Operational Quality Analyst's responsibility is to work as a liaison and in tandem with the Operational Quality Manager and Field Service team. The role analyzes and compiles facility quality data, customer complaint data, and product quality evaluations to provide information to the complexes and field service team for driving quality and process improvement. The Operational Quality Analyst will travel as needed to support the field service team in customer stores; as well as to Peco facilities to assist in quality-driven improvement projects to deliver products and support to Peco's customers that meet or exceed expectations.
Essential Functions
Customer Service Support: Assist the Field Service Managers as required including but not limited to:
Manage complaint tracking and trending for key customer accounts
Order entry, tracking and modification for key customer accounts.
Customer complaint entry, follow-up, and trending for key accounts.
Liaison to Field Service to support field activities
Generating and analyzing reports on Field Service top opportunity O/O's and DC's.
Training and basic understanding of the following:
Customer products
How the Peco's/Customers supply chain works from production to end customer
In restaurant equipment and processes
Facility and Restaurant Food Safety programs
Troubleshooting in store product issues
Key Customer Account Franchisees structure
Facility Quality Support:
Analyze and provide insight and feedback to Peco facilities on facility process data, statistical process control, and manage complaint tracking to drive continuous improvement
Develop and assist with trainings at the management and hourly employee levels
Participate in cross functional teams focused on areas of opportunity for revenue growth, quality improvement, and cost savings
Support Operations, Quality, and R&D on new project development
Perform verification activities related to quality and risk management procedures to drive proactive management of compliance related risks
Occasional work in facility production areas for product quality monitoring
Develop and maintain relationships with customer and suppliers as a credible resource and partner; representing Peco in product cuttings, R&D development, and quality-focused discussions
Physical Demands: Standing/sitting/walking 100% of the workday. Lifting various weights on an as needed basis.
Work Environment: Ability to work in damp, warm, wet environment and normal room temperature.
Travel: Up to 50%
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
