    Gamma.App

    Remote software tester job

We're building the creative layer for modern communication. Every month, over a billion people make presentations - but the tools they use to make them haven't evolved in decades. We're changing that, using AI to disrupt a massive market. 📈 Millions of people rely on Gamma to create, teach, and persuade, creating more than 1 million gammas every day. 💻 We see Gamma as the next great workplace tool, combining viral B2C love with a massive B2B opportunity. We believe AI can be a true creative partner: one that understands context, clarity, and taste. 💸 We've reached a $2.1B valuation, crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue, and have been profitable since 2023. 💙 We're an imaginative, passionate team who takes our work seriously, but not ourselves. Our culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. About the role You'll build the collaborative web application that millions of users rely on to create presentations, documents, and websites with AI. This means shipping features that make real-time collaboration feel effortless, integrating cutting‑edge AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces, and ensuring the editor performs flawlessly whether someone's creating their first gamma or their thousandth. You'll work on the core foundation of a complex real‑time collaborative web app: our AI presentation editor. You'll be working with CRDTs and WebSockets, shaping how users interact with AI‑powered content creation. You'll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver polished experiences that feel fast, intuitive, and magical. Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. Our tiny team operates at massive scale 1M+ 70M users around the world 6M+ AI images generated daily 1 trillion LLM tokens processed per month Life at Gamma You get energy from small teams doing big things. You love when design, code, and storytelling overlap. You default to action, even when the answer isn't clear yet. You value details, but know when to ship and move on. You bring both the spreadsheets and the sparkle, equal parts workhorse and unicorn. You believe AI should amplify creativity, not replace it. You know kindness and intensity are not opposites. You like working with people who care deeply: about their craft, their teammates, and the users on the other side of the screen. Who we are Gamma is full of imaginative, passionate people who take their work seriously but not themselves. The culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. Here's a bit about what it's like to work here, from people on the inside We asked the team what makes Gamma, Gamma. Here were some of their answers: “quirky, inspiring, fun, a little wild in the best way” “You can have an idea and just run with it.” “Everyone's talented and humble - the mix keeps you sharp.” “We ship cool stuff, learn a ton, and laugh a lot doing it.” Meet the team We're a team of dreamers and doers building in beautiful San Francisco 🌉 We're kabbadi enthusiasts, pickleballers, dog herders, woodworkers, keyboard nerds, potters, and more - and we can't wait to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr

    Usestable

    Remote software tester job

Our mission is to make it simple to headquarter any business on the internet. Today, we provide companies with a business address and a dashboard to manage their physical mail online. Over 10,000+ companies like Gitlab, Glassdoor, and Indiegogo use Stable to automate their mailroom and act as their permanent business address with the IRS, state, and vendors. The rules that regulate US entities were written in the 1800s. Stable abstracts these antiquated requirements with tools that empower modern companies to move forward faster. These rules don't make sense for the way we work today - work takes place in the cloud and businesses are no longer tied to physical proximity or geography. We're on a mission to fix the broken system of entity management. Starting with business addresses and mail, we're abstracting the complex, archaic systems that make company-building painful and turning them into delightful experiences - so that modern businesses have the tools they need to move forward faster. We're backed by leading Silicon Valley investors like Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Shakti, Hustle Fund, and founders from companies like Lattice, Apartment List, and FlexJobs. Our business is at an inflection point. We're growing quickly with a product people love and we've proven we can service companies of all stages and industries - from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies in industries like technology, logistics, and property management. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup as one of the first employees and do work that directly impacts the future of how companies are built. We're looking for a full stack engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our small team and help us build the software backbone of modern business infrastructure. Supporting over 10,000 businesses with a lean team means we focus on impact. Engineers talk to users, identify real-world bottlenecks, and ship code that unlocks speed and scale. There's no one handing you tickets - you'll define what matters, then build it. You'll work across the stack - frontend, backend, and occasionally hardware - to build software that abstracts away outdated and painful business operations. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the core systems that power our product and logistics. Some examples of what you might work on: Stable Dashboard - The main interface our customers use to triage mail and take action. From forwarding documents to triggering internal workflows, it's a daily tool for founders, ops teams, and finance leaders. Mail Operations Tools - Internal software that powers how we intake, route, and fulfill physical mail requests. You'll write code that integrates directly with scanners, label printers, and other hardware to help our ops team move faster and with fewer errors. Automation & AI - Use LLMs and rule-based systems to process incoming mail, extract relevant information, and automate next steps - from routing to support to operations. Stable API & Webhooks - Design and maintain a reliable, well-documented API and webhook system that external teams use to integrate with Stable. Supports high-volume use cases in fintech, healthcare, logistics, and more. This role is for someone who enjoys building practical products that solve real problems. You're comfortable with ambiguity, ask questions, and ship code with clear, measurable impact. You thrive in a collaborative team and value open communication and joint problem-solving. What you value Be human: Lead with empathy, act with authenticity, and enjoy what you do. Stay curious: Invent novel solutions by asking why, listening, and tinkering. Act quickly with purpose: Focus on what matters, iteratively improve, and move urgently towards the goal. Insist on exceptional outcomes: Strive for excellence and take ownership over the outcomes you deliver. Exceed customer expectations: Create delightful experiences with each interaction. What you'll do Obsess over the customer to build pragmatic and effective solutions to their problems Architect and implement core infrastructure as we scale with growing customer and product demand Design software that solves real-world logistics challenges - often involving both automation and human-in-the-loop workflows Lead end-to-end implementation of features, balancing technical complexity with input from customers, operations, and the business Technologies we use: React, Typescript, Node, GraphQL, MySQL, and AWS (if you think a new technology can solve an engineering problem, we're all ears) What we offer Competitive salary and generous equity Unlimited paid time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance Home office set-up Work from anywhere within continental US time zones (PT, MT, CT, or ET) Opportunities to shape the future of Stable and grow into leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
