Responsibilities
Lives out Lifeway's mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
Lead planning of initiatives and features, align to budget targets, and guide the team with clarity.
Partner with the Technical Product Manager to execute the roadmap, facilitate solutioning, and leverage quarterly PI Planning.
Organize and oversee application development processes using agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while supporting their career trajectories.
Build credibility and collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement through R&D activities and exploration of new tools and practices.
Manage annual operating and capital budgets for assigned areas.
