Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Rail Systems Coordinator to work onsite in Sacramento, CA or Fresno, CA.
JOB SUMMARY
This role supports the successful delivery of rail systems for the High-Speed Rail Program by coordinating design, construction, integration, and commissioning activities. Working under the direction of the Deputy Program Construction Director, this role facilitates collaboration among design-build teams, project management consultants, and Authority staff to resolve technical issues, manage system interfaces, and ensure project milestones are met. The position plays a key role in overseeing all phases of rail systems implementation while ensuring alignment with program standards, project management best practices, and regulatory requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and manage the oversight of rail systems delivery across all project phases, ensuring alignment with project management processes
Support timely resolution of rail systems-related issues, including design-build coordination, interface management, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning
Monitor construction and systems schedules; review short-term look-ahead plans to confirm critical milestones are achievable and on track
Support issue resolution related to contracts, third parties, and technical matters

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, construction management, project management, or a closely related field.
At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure project delivery, rail systems engineering, systems integration, or project/construction management.
Experience working on large-scale transportation or rail infrastructure projects
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field), Construction Management, or a related discipline
Experience in rail systems project delivery or oversight
Familiarity with system integration and commissioning of complex rail projects

Lambda is seeking an Electrical Automation Engineer who will help design and develop the automation layer powering Lambda's advanced data center electrical systems. This role bridges traditional electrical engineering with modern control, telemetry, and hardware design.

Our client is seeking a Planning Systems Analyst (IBM Planning Analytics / TM1) to join their team! This position is located in Houston, Texas.
Design and implement solutions to improve the performance of complex Microsoft Excel-based planning models in IBM Planning Analytics
Develop and enhance TM1 models, including: cubes, dimensions, hierarchies; rules, feeders, and calculation logic; performance tuning and optimization strategies
Build, modify, and maintain planning and reporting assets using: planning Analytics Workspace (PAW); planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
Create and maintain Turbo Integrator (TI) processes for: data loads and transformations; automation and scheduling; data validation and troubleshooting
Support upgrades and configuration of IBM Planning Analytics Local, including deployment across: windows server; OpenShift environments
Document system configurations, integrations, processes, data flows, and technical standards
Diagnose and resolve system performance, configuration, and data-related issues in partnership with business and technical stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities for automation, stability, and scalability
Desired Skills/Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1
Strong experience with Turbo Integrator (TI) scripting (must-have)
Experience with PAW and/or PAfE
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize planning model performance (calculations, load times, reporting speed)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Primary Skills :

· 4 to 6 years of IT infrastructure function
· In-depth knowledge on
· Working knowledge on Citrix, VMWare and Azure
· Hands-on Build Windows 7 Images on laptops and Desktops
· Implementation experience on Intune in Azure cloud
· Implement Packaging, Deployment Infrastructure, Depot Services
· Domain Migration for Laptops and Desktops
· One Drive migration to cloud
· Microsoft Office migration from 2010/2013 to 2016
· Technical knowledge and experience in management of large enterprise customers end user computing
· Configuring Hardware, applications, Network connectivity, User Access, mobile computing
· Monitoring and maintain systems
· Coordinate with vendor for the hardware support for laptops
· Experience on Service now and ITIL processes
Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs
· Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
· Perform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems, and attempt to eliminate them to occur in the future
· Support Authorized Uses connecting or attempting to connect to corporate network and assist in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file services; connection to WAN; and accessing appropriate LAN segments
· Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices
· Install, upgrade and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)
· Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users
· Provide network printers and scanner network connectivity, including providing network support for device configuration, for IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output
· Provide warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners
· Configure and support end users on mobile computing platforms
· Provide VIP support for equipment including desktop devices, mobile devices, display screens, video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, etc
· Create, change and remove printer configurations and queues based on requests and in accordance with SLAs
· Provide on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting and problems for end user computing technologies
· Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback regarding customer requirements which shall include supervising assignments and maintaining timely communication with sales, operations, and branch office personnel.
· Utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requests.
· Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical team and customers.
· Desk side support services as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
This position requires a flexible individual with electromechanical engineering experience in developing solutions for RF-based networking technologies related to Mobile Ad hoc Networking (MANET) radios, unmanned aerial products, aviation data link products, SIGINT, radio technology, antenna technology and more. This position requires an individual familiar with rapid product development and its inherent challenges to manufacturability. The individual in this position reports to the Lead Systems Engineer with frequent interactions with multidisciplinary engineering teams as well interactions with customers.
System Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop electromechanical systems, products, and components. Conduct feasibility studies, research, and prototyping to validate design concepts.
Component Selection and Integration: Specify and select components based on project requirements. Integrate off the shelf components into cohesive systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate the performance, reliability, and safety of electromechanical systems. Analyze test data and make necessary design modifications to meet specifications.
Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, schematics, and reports. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
:
Identify and resolve system issues through troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, systems engineering or a relevant technical/engineering discipline.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Experience with the following areas is required:
Mechanical Design (3D Printing, Sheet Metal, GD&T)
Electrical Design (Schematics, Wiring Harnesses, PCB Design)
Systems Design (Familiarity with the Systems Engineering Lifecycle)
Hand Tools (Screwdrivers, Dremel, Soldering Iron)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs)
Master's degree in systems engineering
Experience working in a Research and Development (R&D) environment.
Proven experience in developing and improving commercial products.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
