Can't think of any.
The culture sucks. Management is often disrespectful and they love to gossip about each other's personal lives.
Drinking at work.
They are trying but spend one real time on the ground to actually know what's going on.
Set a standard of behavior, regular proformance/ peer evaluations, hire diversity into leadership positions.
I knew the company before interviewing.
You are not paid based on experience, just on how long you have worked at the company. Exceptionly work is not recognized and pay interesting are based on number of years at the company.
The entire front office and leadership is white. Diversity is only in the warehouse.
This is a joyless place. People are disturbed if you are joyful, curious, or happy here.
