Responsibilities
- Installsolar panels on rooftops and other structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Conduct electrical work including wiring, connecting systems, and ensuring proper voltage levels using voltmeters.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations regarding high voltage systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the training of new team members on installation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications

- Utilize high voltage and low voltage equipment during installations
- Conduct fixture installations and ensure proper functionality
- Use a voltmeter to test electrical systems
- Operate a forklift for material handling as needed
*Experience*
- Experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components
- Ability to work effectively on rooftops for extended periods
- Experience with fixture installation and wiring techniques

Responsibilities:
Assist Lead Installer in carrying out full HVAC installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic plumbing and electrical skills.
Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Lead Installer.
Learn proper install methods from Install Lead.
Nice to Haves:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid DL
Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$22 an hour
