In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work at heights. Responsibilities - Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. - Conduct electrical work including wiring, connecting systems, and ensuring proper voltage levels using voltmeters. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes. - Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations regarding high voltage systems. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. - Assist in the training of new team members on installation techniques and safety practices. Qualifications Install solar panels on rooftops in accordance with project plans and safety standards - Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar energy systems - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Utilize high voltage and low voltage equipment during installations - Conduct fixture installations and ensure proper functionality - Use a voltmeter to test electrical systems - Operate a forklift for material handling as needed *Experience* - Experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings - Familiarity with electrical systems and components - Ability to work effectively on rooftops for extended periods - Experience with fixture installation and wiring techniques This is a remote position.
