Summary
You will be providing metallurgical support to our external customers in collaboration with our commercial and application teams. The support includes but is not limited to complete metallurgical failure analysis, corrosion assessment, metallurgical compatibility, and evaluation of metallurgical issues via photos. Responsibilities
Conduct complete metallurgical failure analyses, including root cause assessment and detailed documentation of findings.
Evaluate corrosion mechanisms, material degradation, metallurgical compatibility, and metallurgical issues through both physical samples and photographic evidence.
Provide technical support to external customers in partnership with commercial, sales, and application engineering teams.
Offer metallurgical expertise and guidance to internal groups including Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Perform or direct metallurgical testing, including sample preparation, etching, microstructure interpretation, and data analysis.
Handle, document, and preserve material evidence samples using photographic and standardized testing protocols.
Support customer and internal inquiries related to material selection, failure prevention, system design considerations, and industry best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly via written reports, presentations, and discussions with cross-functional and international teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Engineering; 5-10 years of relevant experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in root cause metallurgical failure analysis and understanding of material degradation mechanisms.
Experience with metallurgical laboratory procedures including sample preparation, etching, microstructure interpretation, and metallurgical testing techniques.
Proficiency in handling and documenting material evidence samples using photographic and/or testing protocols.
Strong knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of ferrous and non-ferrous metals relevant to industrial water systems, pulp & paper processes, and utility environments.

The maintenance team is critical to support our application development, research and development, technical service and process development organizations. The Electrical Engineer has overall responsibility to provide engineering support, guidance, and oversight to the new capital projects and electrical, controls and power distribution systems of the Discovery Hub.
The position provides support to the facilities, maintenance, capital project, safety, and technical teams. Position also identifies and develops projects to improve the reliability and safe operations of the site electrical systems and equipment. + Serve as the site electrical resource: write and maintain procedures to perform tasks and maintain hazard analysis.
+ Coordinate and oversee the design, build or procurement and maintenance of all machine electrical and control systems.
+ Define and document electrical control system requirements for equipment design to meet all expectations and RAGAGEPs including NRTL, OSHA, NEC and State of DE regulations.
+ Ensure all new and existing equipment meet all applicable listing requirements.
+ Ensure compliance with codes (NEC, IBC, NFPA 70, ASHRAE, IECC) and standards.
+ Provide E&I engineering assistance including troubleshooting, evaluation of equipment failures, and technical recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
+ Prepare and audit scopes of work, estimates, schedules and equipment specifications, and execution strategies for building and sitewide electrical system shutdowns.
+ Prepare designs and calculations for electrical and control systems for new site equipment or modification of existing equipment.
+ Plan schedules and budgets, supporting proposals, modifying drawings, specifications, calculations for capital projects.
+ Develop and maintain a program designed to ensure documentation of machine code and electrical schematics (for PLC/HMI/Drive systems) are accurate and current.
+ Ensure that all designs, whether designed in-house or by a 3rd party, are adequately documented and documentation is available for maintenance, redesign, and compliance with corporate, state regulations and electrical code.
+ Provide technical guidance and review for electrical procedures, programs and safe work practices.
+ Provide engineering support and expertise for Process Safety Management (PSM) activities through participation in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs).
+ Lead RCFAs pertaining to electrical and controls systems, and related equipment.
+ Coordinate with electrical utility companies on regular load testing and any other performance issues.

As a member of the Third Party Team within North America Customer Service, place purchase orders to suppliers shipping finished goods directly to North America customers. Ensure confirmation received back from vendor regarding shipment date; provide any feedback to Customer Service Representatives or to Commercial team, as needed. Act as liaison between a customer service rep and vendor as issues arise or changes are required. Ensure freight arrangements are handled by Logistics provider for those vendors that don't arrange freight or for expedited shipments. Perform goods issue on purchase orders once Bill of Ladings received. Sends labels and SDS and other special documents to vendors as needed.
Position Tasks:
Place purchase orders to suppliers shipping finished goods directly to NA customers. Make changes to POs and their sales orders as delivery dates, quantities are changed by customers and sales. Enter SIRS Incidents if customer complaints are made about materials shipped from third party vendors. Pursue responses from vendors concerning the incidents that address root cause
Ensure confirmations received back from vendors with expected shipment date. Provide feedback to CSRs and Sales with any concerns or issues that arise affecting shipment date. Use reports sent to them 3 times weekly to pursue missing confirmations
Ensure freight arrangements are handled by vendor or Logistics provider. For expedites from vendor, ensure vendor and Logistics provider are working to meet customer deadline
Perform Goods Issues once BOL received and pursue BOLs not sent by vendors in time for end of month. Use reports sent to them 3 times weekly to pursue missing goods receipts
Send various documents to vendors (labels, SDS) and pursue delivery-related documents (COA, POD, CCI) as needed

Chemours is seeking a **Global Marketing Manager** - **Liquid Cooling** to join our growing team driving innovation in Liquid Cooling for Data Centers and AI infrastructure. In this role you would be responsible for defining the Global Marketing Strategy and marketing plans, and leading strategic negotiations with key accounts for our liquid cooling solutions. This position will report directly to the **Vice President - Liquid Cooling** .

**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
+ Drive profitable growth through the development of global market plans for liquid cooling solutions, applications (e.g., data centers, electronics, industrial cooling), and associated marketing plans.
+ Validate key market dynamics and gaps using the Voice of Customer process, engaging industry experts and consultants, and building long-term market development relationships with key customers in the liquid cooling sector.
+ Co-develop advocacy strategies and content with the business development team, Governmental Affairs team, and support advocacy outreach focused on sustainable cooling technologies.
+ Translate market trends into overall market segment narratives to drive internal cross-functional alignment at all levels in the organization. Represent liquid cooling projects at senior level reviews.
+ Develop and lead the execution of actionable marketing plans for identified focus markets, segments, and applications within the liquid cooling ecosystem, addressing market needs and gaps.
+ Lead the development of the Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the regional marketing leaders.
+ Drive globally coordinated execution of regional marketing plans with regional marketing leaders.
+ Develop and manage product line road maps for focus markets, segments, and applications in liquid cooling, including new product adoption and introduction.
+ Support Global Product Manager with specific marketing assessments and campaigns to protect the product line base business in liquid cooling.
+ Ensure the successful commercialization of market-driven products / technology(s). Coordinate growth project leaders driving market-driven new product development (NPD) initiatives.
+ Implement value-based / strategic pricing strategies.
+ Take customer and market trends, feedback, and opportunities to help set technology's focus and set the direction for Chemours growth initiatives in liquid cooling.
+ Develop and drive marketing campaigns in support of new product launches and deliver measurable financial results.
+ Lead the development of marketing communications plans in support of marketing campaigns, working through Corporate Marketing Communications.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or significant experience in related fields
+ 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, business development, and/or sales
