Michael Thorpe has 30-plus years of experience with designing and leading development teams to deliver complex directory and voice processing applications systems. Mike’s career is unique in that he has played a key role either in designing or in leading the engineering team to bring the first and every new generation of directory assistance systems to market. As Chief Technology Officer for Soleo, Mike now concentrates on setting the future direction for the company, as well providing day-to-day guidance to the engineers involved with current development projects. Before joining Soleo, Mike was a Director of Engineering for Nortel Networks and Computer Consoles, Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Peter Juroe has over 15 years of telecommunications experience where his roles encompassed providing financial support for critical business functions such as Product, Marketing, and Sales. In addition, during his career he’s had global responsibilities for capital and product investment, working capital management, financial forecasting, and long term strategic planning. Peter joined Soleo in 2012 and is responsible for all planning, forecasting, treasury functions, pricing, and investment evaluation. Prior to joining Soleo, he was Vice President of Finance for Level 3 Communications and Global Crossing. Prior to that he worked in various finance roles at Frontier Corporation. Peter holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester’s Simon Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah College. He has completed executive coursework at the Harvard Business School and is licensed as a C.P.A. He serves on the Board of Directors, and is Treasurer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester.
