Develop and maintain caseload scheduling via company approved platform per company policy. Communicate any scheduling changes on an as needed basis to appropriate team members. Coordinate care via approved company platform Takes part in the nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support services to our customers. Document all communications at time of service as appropriate per Soleo policy. Strong knowledge of therapies provided by Soleo. Work in conjunction with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents are completed and returned to the branch office within acceptable timeframe. Ensures timely submission of plan of treatments as required by states guideline.
