[solidcore] coaches lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. They are responsible for educating clients on the use of our resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through our challenging workout. [solidcore] coaches are expected to be able to think quickly and provide clients of differing skill levels with support and motivation. Classes are intense but small, designed to allow our coaches to deliver each client with personalized attention and accountability in a group environment. The lights are low, the music is on point, and the community is [inspiring]. At their core, [solidcore] coaches are dedicated to and invested in helping those around them discover what they're truly capable of. All [solidcore] coaches must undergo [solidcore]'s comprehensive training program. Our training groups are small as well as highly selective, allowing for individualized support and tight-knit relationships. Training managers are dedicated to the success of each trainee and provide ample feedback as well as trackable goals. Please note, prior fitness teaching experience or fitness certification is not required. Our company is expanding rapidly. Success is determined by the ability of the BDE to perform its combat mission. SCCs will perform services IAW the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) Scope of Practice. Job Highlights: Job Title: Flag Football Referee Location: Evanston, IL Report To: General Manager Hours Required: Part-Time, Candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends ( this is a 1099 position) Position Overview: Be the game-changer for our youth flag football leagues! Lead fun, safe, and fair games while keeping players, coaches, and families engaged. You'll ensure every game runs smoothly, enforce rules, and create a positive and enjoyable environment for all participants. Your Game Plan: On the Field: Officiating & Game Management (60%) Call touchdowns, fouls, and stoppages accurately and consistently. Keep time and score for each game. Enforce rules and maintain fair play. Team Captain: Communication & Sportsmanship (20%) Engage with coaches, players, and parents to clarify rules and maintain positive interactions. Promote good sportsmanship and a fun, inclusive environment. Off the Field: Setup & Cleanup (10%) Prepare fields and equipment prior to games. Ensure fields are clean and organized after games. Coaching Support (10%) Step in as a coach if the assigned team coach is absent. What You Bring to the Field: Experience officiating or coaching youth sports is preferred. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of flag football rules and game management. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
