Responsibilities
* Provides students with well-balanced and nutritious meals; Assists in the preparation and delivery of quality meals for all foods using standardized recipes; Sets up trays and assists in serving meals.
* Assists in purchasing and ordering of food and supplies.
* Cleans and sanitizes dishes, kitchen equipment, countertops and pantry
* Assists with ensuring the requirements in the area of meal service adhere to CACFP and HS/EHS guidelines

Education and Experience

We are looking to hire a hard-working and experienced lead cook to supervise all food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. The lead cook's responsibilities include assisting the Culinary Services Director in preparing entrées, advising our cooks on suitable portion sizes, and ensuring that food items are stored at the correct temperatures. You should also be able to train cooks and attend all mandatory meetings.

Lead Cook Responsibilities:

Lead Cook Requirements:
