Brad A. Lich is an executive vice president at Eastman Chemical Company. He is responsible for the company’s Additives & Functional Products and Advanced Materials segments, as well as the corporate innovation, marketing, sales, and pricing organizations. Previously, Lich was vice president and general manager of Eastman’s Additives & Functional Products segment. He had direct responsibility for global strategy and business operations. Prior to that position, he was vice president and general manager of Coatings, Adhesives, Specialty Polymers, and Inks business segment. Lich holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a MBA from Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Lich joined Eastman in 2001 as director of Global Product Management and Marketing for Coatings. Other positions of increasing responsibility followed. In 2006, Lich became vice president of Global Marketing with direct responsibility for company-wide marketing functions. Prior to joining Eastman, Lich was co-founder and CEO of CoatingsMart, Inc. Lich’s work experience also includes serving in various roles with Valspar and Dow Chemical. Lich and wife reside in Tennessee and have two children. He has served in several leadership roles in industry associations and civic organizations. Lich’s personal interests include golf and running.
