Our Energy Solutions Developer's primary job function is to create energy saving lighting proposals for performance contracting. The Energy Solutions Developer role is to review and evaluate the provided survey data, analyze lighting designs, run light level analyses, specify materials, calculate construction costs and energy savings, and prepare a final Excel proposal and written summary for submittal. This position designs and budgets all projects that go into construction, and additionally works as the backbone support on overseeing projects from initial audits through final construction closeouts. This is an analytical position that centers around manipulating data.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred but a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
Experience reading construction blueprints is highly desirable
