Job Description:

This role works with the USCAN Technology Team to manage and troubleshoot telephone systems that are used by customers and Healthcare employees.

Manage and troubleshoot telephone systems (20-30%)

Connect and troubleshoot CCaaS

Understand, maintain and update:

Skill routing

Difference between H.323 and SIP stations

Holiday tables

Communicate with users and stakeholders

Manage project on updating / replacing telecom system (70-80%)

Work with call center managers to assess current and future need, including creating surveys to gather feedback

Gather information, map out and document current system structure and call flows

Research and assess appropriate technology for call centers

Plan transitions from old to new technology

Update System Translations in Existing Avaya Switch and CPOD

Verify and update programming in Avaya CPOD

Update Documentation with New Avaya CPOD numbering

Prepare and execute testing, including setting up Test Toll Free Number, testing all Routing and Agents in CPOD with Test Toll Free Number

Train users, including scheduling Basic Agent, training users and stakeholders before Go Lives

Go Live preparation & execution, including preparing Go Live schedules, communicating with stakeholders, scheduling Porting from Existing Circuit to CPOD Circuit, testing all Routing and Agents After Toll Free Transfer, providing 1st day live support

Qualifications/Requirements

Jefferies is seeing an analyst for the Global Structured Solutions Group. The GSS team creates, markets and trades structured notes on behalf of the firm as well as other third-party issuers.
